Want to share the experience with someone else? You can also choose to use your prize as 5 × 30-minute 2:1 Personal Training sessions, so you and a friend or family member can train together.
Whether there’s something specific you’d love to work towards, you want to build your strength and confidence, or you’d simply love some dedicated one-on-one coaching, this one is for you.
How to Enter
1. Follow HerBod on social media.
2. Tag at least 3 women in the comments of our official Hello Spring Giveaway post on Instagram and/or Facebook.

When Does the Giveaway Close?
Entries close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 13th September 2026.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winner announced Monday, 14th September 2026 at 7:00 AM.
The winner will be announced by HerBod and contacted directly through our official account.
The Prize
The winner will receive:
10 × 30-minute 1:1 Personal Training sessions
OR
5 × 30-minute 2:1 Personal Training sessions with one friend or family member.
If the 2:1 option is selected, both participants must be women and meet HerBod’s eligibility and pre-exercise screening requirements.
Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By entering the HerBod Hello Spring Giveaway, entrants agree to the following conditions:
- The giveaway is open to women aged 13 years and over who are able to attend Personal Training sessions in person at HerBod.
- Entry is free and no purchase is required to enter.
- To enter, entrants must follow HerBod on social media and tag a minimum of three women on the official Hello Spring Giveaway post.
- Entrants can increase their chances of winning by completing additional eligible actions during the giveaway period.
- Additional genuine tags may result in the entrant’s name being added to the draw additional times.
- Sharing the official giveaway post gives the entrant an additional chance in the draw. Shares must be visible to HerBod or verified by screenshot if the entrant’s account is private.
- New members who join HerBod during the giveaway period will receive an additional chance in the draw.
- Repeated tags of the same account will not count as additional entries.
- Tags must be genuine personal accounts. Fake, spam, duplicate or accounts will not count.
- The prize consists of 10 × 30-minute Personal Training sessions at HerBod.
- The prize may alternatively be used as 5 × 30-minute 2:1 Personal Training sessions with one friend or family member.
- The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, membership fees, products, account credit or any other HerBod service.
- The prize cannot be sold or transferred to another person, except where the winner chooses to use the permitted 2:1 Personal Training option.
- The prize expires 60 days from the winner announcement on 14th September 2026. All sessions must be completed within this period.
- Personal Training sessions are subject to appointment availability and must be booked at minimum 24 hours in advance.
- HerBod reserves the right to remove or disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries.
- Entries close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 13th September 2026.
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be announced at 7:00 AM on Monday, 14th September 2026 and contacted directly by HerBod.
- If the selected winner is found to be ineligible, another eligible entry may be selected.
- This promotion is run by HerBod and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
