After nearly three years, it's finally here.
Today we’re excited to officially launch the brand-new HerBod website.
If you’ve been following our journey, you may remember that a website has technically existed for quite some time, but only as a simple landing page. Behind the scenes, life had other plans.
When I first started building the website, HerBod was still being planned out. I was juggling business planning, my masters, preparing to open our women’s gym in Monbulk, raising a young family, and trying to turn years of ideas into reality.
Then we signed the lease.
Suddenly, every spare minute was spent preparing the gym, organising equipment, managing the fit-out, completing paperwork, and getting ready to welcome our very first members through the doors.
Like many small business projects, the website was put on hold.
For almost two years it quietly sat there, waiting for the day I’d finally have enough time to finish it.
Over the past few months, I’ve slowly chipped away at it between coaching sessions, admin, family life, and everything else that comes with running a small business.
And now, it’s finally done.
More Than Just a Website
This isn’t just a place to find our opening hours or membership prices.
I wanted to create a website that genuinely helps women understand what HerBod is all about before they even step through our doors.
Inside you’ll find information about:
- Our memberships and coaching services
- Personal Training
- Golden Ladies (our strength program for women 60+)
- Teen Girls memberships
- How we can help with pain, mobility, strength, balance and confidence
- Frequently Asked Questions
- Our values and commitment to creating a safe, welcoming environment
- Ways to get started, no matter your experience level
- Events happing within our space
- + so much more
Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym before or you’ve been training for years, I hope the website gives you a clear picture of what makes HerBod different.
Built With Our Members in Mind
HerBod has always been about more than equipment.
It’s about creating a place where women feel comfortable asking questions, learning how to train safely, building confidence, and becoming stronger for life.
Everything on the website reflects that same philosophy.
My goal was to make it easy to find information, answer common questions, and help women feel confident about taking that first step.
Thank You
To every woman who has supported HerBod over the past two years—thank you.
Whether you’ve been here since opening day or you’re only just discovering us, your encouragement and support have helped make this possible.
Running a small business is incredibly rewarding, but it certainly keeps you busy! This website has been one of those projects that took far longer than expected, but I’m proud of what we’ve created and excited to finally share it with everyone.
I hope you enjoy having a look around.
If you spot anything that isn’t working quite right, or have suggestions for information you’d love to see added in the future, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
A Special Thank You to Half Glass Studios
As part of launching our new website, I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Tahlia from Half Glass Studios for so generously offering her time and talent to capture HerBod.
Thank you for providing the beautiful photos and videos that now feature throughout our website and across our social media. Your ability to capture the genuine atmosphere of HerBod—the strength, confidence, community, and support shared between our members—has been incredible.
The images and videos truly reflect who we are, and they have helped bring our vision to life in a way that words alone never could.
Thank you again for your generosity, professionalism, and creativity. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done, and we’re proud to showcase your work as part of the HerBod story.
